Tomorrow, bright and early we & The Revolt Team (a group of the core kids in the Youth Group) head to Palm Springs for a good time! What a sweet way to get to fellowship and bond!

The Move!

Hello, Hello! So i'm finally here! I've officially moved to Santa Barbara County! So along with this "BIG move/BIG change, I thought it'd be fun to blog and document this journey that right now, is fullfilled with the unkown. ha! I've been here for a little over 2 weeks and it's been a great couple weeks. Just in the short time I've been here, I've met so many beautiful people, families, and have been blown away by everyone's sincere love and generosity. I feel like I live in the South or something, haha! The dynamics here are completely different in such a good, fresh way. More than anything though, I wish I could type out a slight picture of what Jesus has been doing inside of me. My heart and eyes have been exploding with joy and gratitude because of what a priviledge it is to get to help shape and love on kids all for, and in the name of Jesus. And this is my job?? Completely nuts. There's nothing I love more than being able to walk along side of these young people cheering them on, believing in them, and most importanly letting them know God believes in them. It's such a blessing to be part of the Harvest God is stirring up and is going to produce. Yes I wouldn't be surprised if there are going to be hard days meaning no daisies and roses, but I know God is faithful. He will only stretch, grow, teach, and increase my faith. I know moving here is right where I'm supposed to be, and I couldn't be more excited for this season! :)
